About the Business
TRU Thrift Shop is a nonprofit store located at 5565 Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder, Colorado. We accept donations on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11 am – 4 pm, and offer donation pick-up services. Our mission at TRU Community Care is to provide innovative and meaningful care for those living with illness and loss. We offer a variety of programs including TRU Hospice, TRU PACE, TRU Palliative Care, Landmark Memory Care, and TRU Grief Services. Our organization is accredited by The Joint Commission and is a five-star-level hospice in NHPCO's We Honor Veterans program. "Incredibly friendly staff, awesome prices, and some of the best selection of furniture I’ve ever seen in a thrift store. I was able to almost completely furnish my new apartment for less than $150, also looked like a massive selection of clothes and other items. Would highly recommend for anyone trying to find cheaper but still high quality alternatives in Boulder!"

"The staff is very friendly, but this thrift store is insanely overpriced. They had tons of random art in broken frames priced for $23 and up. I frequent a lot of thrift stores, and old art/picture frames are usually a couple bucks. Jeans and sweaters were priced between $14-$18. I can get new stuff at target for these prices!"
