"I have been shopping with these folks for years. If you are a gear geek and you are looking for high end gear you will find it here. For my single speed town beater I mostly need tires and tubes. I just go to clearance and can find closeout higher end gear for reasonable prices. I have had wheels custom made with these guys. I have always been satisfied and on the few occasions I needed to call them they were helpful."
"I had been a loyal customer for over 30 years. I purchased a set of Reynolds wheels for my wife. Turns out that after I spent many hours trying to get tires to seat on them, they are defective. I spoke with 3 different people there trying to come up with a solution. None of the things worked. I also wasted a bunch of Stan's. Finally, when I spoke with Tyler, he agreed they were defective and said he would ship out a new set along with some tape and Stan's the day the wheels were received. That would have worked for me, but he didn't. When I followed 3 days later the replacements wheels still had not been shipped. My wife and I are going out of town, and now she won't have them for the trip. One of the people I spoke with was Greg, who unlike the other review was not at all helpful."
