"Would give zero today if allowed. Store was packed, but only one check stand open. After waiting 26 minutes in line a 2nd checker showed and did take me since I was next up. Good for her. Back to the first checker, I timed her briefly and she was averaging about 11 seconds per scan. Absolute slow motion and conveyed an attitude that she hated her job. I couldn't see a name tag. My biggest question is: With the single checker backed up 6 carts deep, the self checkout was also incredibly jammed. Where was the store manager. This situation demanded immediate management attention, but there was none."

"Anyone who stays open midnight or later in this overpacked state is good in my book. It may just be for the Holidays but it is greatly appreciate as Colorado was open later before it became so busy and now all these companies expect us to fit into the same schedule. Essential resources with somewhat reasonable availability, thank you."

"I had a really bizarre experience with Katie from target optical. I ordered contacts to be picked up from the store, which I won’t ever do again. When I went into the optical department, I told Katie I had a pickup order and she said she would help me in a moment. Around 5 minutes went by of me standing there. Then a woman from the back of the store noticed me and asked if she could help me. This woman ended up finding my contact pickup order that had been right next to Katie the whole time just sitting there. All Katie had to do was hand me my order, but instead she had me wait several minutes. The whole situation was not handled appropriately or professionally."

"Tom was the worst customer service professional ever encountered, made us feel unsafe, and acted strangely the entire time. I hope the manager takes our feedback seriously and is able to get him some help as quickly as possible or we may have another American go postal. When it was clear he wasn't capable of helping us with our online order, we asked him to get a manager. He initially said that he would and started to walk off. As he left, I asked if he had contacted a manager. He said; no, aggressively and oddly. He then asked the security guard to call the manager as he wandered around seemingly confused. I stood with the security guard who contacted the manager. The manager arrived and walked with me to get the order. She was extremely helpful, gracious, a great listener and helped get our order promptly. The security guards were nice and professional too. When the manager and I walked back to the front of the store, she wen to the back and Tom was loitering by the front doors talking to the two security guards. I'm assuming they were keeping an eye on him given his erratic state. They asked if everything was okay. I let them know that the manager was being super helpful, getting my order for me, and I informed them that they should get Tom some help. I'm not sure what's going on in his life but he seemed like he was about to have a nervous breakdown. Pay attention to Tom and ask if he's okay. On that note, Tom is the very reason we shop on Amazon - we don't have to deal with an actual human who is grossly incompetent, feels unsafe, and lacks basic social skills in a customer service oriented-environment. We definitely won't be back, at least not until Tom is long gone."

"It's a college frat / student depo. I swear they come here to hang out and meet up... It's Target it has pricey goods, no one to be found in the isles who can do customer service. You have to hunt a human down for help and wait in long self check out lines. Since only one or two registers will be open at a time."
