"My experience unfortunately couldn't have been much worse. I purchased two x-small crossbars for my vehicle online, waited for them to be available for pickup and went to the store. The staff were unconcerned with helping customers and the wait was very long despite there being few people in the store. When they gave me the crossbars, the boxes were torn to shreds but I took them anyway because I figured that the boxes were just damaged and not the product. When I got home, I realized they weren't x-small, but were medium. Based on the indifference of the staff, I should have assumed they were the wrong size and should have been more careful in checking before leaving (that's on me). Now I will need to drive up there to return them and will not order anything else from this company."

"I've long disliked the somewhat elitist atmosphere in this store, but my most recent experience has soured my feelings further. I found a part on their website that said it was in stock, so I rode over to attempt to purchase it. The guy who talked to me laughed, saying they've "never carried that in store" like I was some sort of fool. While I don't expect website inventory status to always be accurate, the attitude of the staff was very off-putting. Considering that this wasn't my first underwhelming experience here, and with U-bikes and full cycle in town, I think I've had it with Boulder cycle sport."

"The MOST LOVELY bike shop. Twice now they have fixed a little tweek on my son's bike and not let us pay. They also fixed my husband's bike and my bike in the past and did a fabulous job. I will certainly keep coming back and I'm so grateful for the kind, knowledgeable, and generous staff!"

"I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this bike shop and the people there are so good that I have to write a review. First, the bike. I bought a BMC Teammachine and it is absolutely the best bike I could have hoped for. Just perfect. The owner did the fit for me himself, and he did an excellent job. The bike and the fit are perfect. I wanted a few weeks to write this review to make sure I could speak to the followup service. Every time I have gone into the shop with questions, or for help, they deliver. Little noise coming from the bike, fixed in seconds. Need some air, they are pumping up my tires and checking my bike. Everyone should be lucky enough to have this experience in a bike shop. Turns out it's not luck, you just have to drop by Boulder Cycle Sport. I definitely found my bike shop here in Boulder."

"I bought a Giant Revolt TCR 0 gravel bike from Justin and the crew at Cycle Sport and they were absolutely fantastic!! In many ways they went the extra mile- first Giant reported this bike was back ordered 8-10 weeks. Justin the owner found one at another bike shop in Denver and worked with them to get the bike and pick it up and amazingly 3 days later I was riding my new bike. Also when I went to pick up my bike Justin spent a lot of time with me getting the bike set up to fit me perfectly- put the bike in a trainer, adjusted stem height, adjusted stem length, seat, swapping out seats, cleat placement etc... using plumb lines, levels and angle measurements at knees, hips, shoulders. I've bought a lot of bikes over the years from various Boulder bike shops and never have I received this type of higher quality complementary fit...usually its been a college kid helping me get my seat height right then a 'see ya later' kind of fit. I really felt like he cared about customer service and getting me on the right bike.! Thanks Justin and the Cycle Sport Team"
