"Room 110 was about the size of a small apartment, with a king bed and a queen bed in separate rooms, 2 bathrooms. Decor and furnishings were new and modern with some wear on fabric and bottom of particle wood doors were swollen from being mopped. No problem. Full sized fridge and freezer, high top dining table and chairs for 4. Free buffet breakfast in morning."

"Room didn't have hand soap and shower was out of body wash. When I brought it up at checkout, no offer was made to compensate."

"During my recent stay at the Marriott, I encountered a few highs and lows that left me with mixed feelings. Upon arrival, the reception from the concierge was less than welcoming. As a Marriott Bonvoy Silver Elite member, I anticipated a certain level of acknowledgment and hospitality, which unfortunately was absent. The concierge seemed more interested in sharing her love for In-N-Out Burger than ensuring my needs were met, an interaction I found rather unusual and not particularly helpful after a long journey. The West elevator smelled of cigarette smoke, as perhaps someone was smoking in it to avoid detection. The room itself was standard for Marriott, comfortable yet lacking in some aspects. I was particularly inconvenienced by the noise levels at night, with disturbances coming from the guests above me well into the late hours, impacting my rest. Additionally, the room's AC system seemed to be locked at a minimum of 65°, making the environment warmer than I would have preferred for a good night's sleep. While the hotel's location and amenities might meet the expectations of many, my experience was marred by the lackluster welcome and room discomforts. These elements have led me to reconsider my lodging options for future travels. While I've had positive experiences with Marriott in the past, this particular stay did not live up to those standards, prompting me to think twice about returning. It was nice to be so close to the airport."

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The traffic noise is so loud it kept us awake all night. Not only cars, trucks and motorcycles but they seemed to be drag racing all night. We went with our twin grandchildren to swim and enjoy the area but when we went to breakfast we got locked out of our room. It was a broken handle issue and it took 2 hours to get back in. All of our clothes, keys, snacks, etc in the room. We couldn’t swim and the kids missed a birthday party. The manager promised to make it right but wasn’t available when we finally packed up and left. They charged us for the room and we’ve called 4 times now for a manager who is never there and doesn’t return our call. This is extremely frustrating. While locked out of our room we also noticed about 1/4” of dust on the furniture in the lobby."
