"Room was clean. Parking was great and free. Mini fridge did not work. Service was meh. Employees were polite but not exactly kind. I left a note on my door requesting NO housekeeping. Housekeeping came in anyway without knocking. The hotel gave a very short notice that they would be turning the hot water off for maintenance, but then they turned off ALL the water at 10am. One person in my group was not able to shower before our "late" checkout. We also couldn't flush the toilet. This is not what I expected from a Courtyard."

"Stayed at this location 2/10/24 and it was one of the worst stays at Marriott I’ve had in a long time! The first room I was put in was filthy and appeared to not have been cleaned but bed was made. To my issues to front desk and was moved to a second room and that room would not cool past 75 degrees which caused me and my family to depart early because they had no extra rooms to move us to. Tried addressing my issues with management ( Shelly ) and have yet been able to come up with a reasonable resolution. I would not recommend this location unless it’s the last resort."

"Kinda odd spot for this hotel, but Im definitely glad it IS there! The vibe from even before I stepped in the door was nice, light, and welcoming. The staff had a great balance of professionalism and relatability that feels nice. Room was clean and had a neat little closet that hides the fridge and provides storage. Parking available in adjacent garage, laundry facilities are also clean and they have quality machines to use"

"Clean and larger rooms, great service, and a parking garage! Easy access and food inside to make it simple if you are traveling. Nice people service at restaurant, but very slow and they were out of bacon today (?). It took over 40 min to get eggs- that’s too long. Drink cabinet was almost empty. This is a nice facility for both business and fun travelers, but they seem to struggle in running a restaurant. The person taking orders was very nice."

"It's a nice new hotel on the surface. Staff was friendly and prompt. Problem i had was the cleanliness of the room. One thing to note about this hotel is that this is a pet friendly hotel. I found this out after i found my clothe riddled with dog hair all over which was gross! Didn't seem like the carpet was vacuumed at all. Either that or they need to invest in a better vacuum."
