"Pretty quiet here, even though you're not supposed to have visitors, if you announce them to the manager then he usually doesn't have a problem with them as long as there's no problem"
"Stayed here numerous times. Bit shabby and run down (it's not the Ritz), but clean and NO BUGS! Manager can be surly at times (his dog is sweet as pie) but he doesn't put up with B.S. and runs a legit place (no late night visitors/drug dealing/etc.). This is not some Colfax motel. My go to when I need a place to stay for a few days or a few weeks."
"I recently stayed here 3 nights and had a great experience. The room was definitely worth the nightly rate and management was extremely helpful. On top of that one of the best locations in Denver being right off South Broadway."
"Manager wasn't very friendly and quite strict. Room had no AC. Not worth the price. Rushed out at 10:30. Also there was a man in the room next door getting belligerent on liquor all day and night, had a very loud outdoor conversation at 5 am waking me up and called me a b*****d one night when I left for dinner. These types should not be allowed to stay."
"The manager whomever I met with was very bristled when I arrived. He was making the room key as I waited, during which time he made me feel like a child being sent to my room. I'm on a hotel voucher, I get the stigma, but we don't need the help being put down."
