"The walls are paper thin. Standing waiting for the elevator you can hear people talking in the elevator. Heard people talking in the their rooms around us and heard people in the hallway. Made for a rough sleep. Beds were good. Hotel is new and nice. Pull in for check in is not meant for large vehicles. Parking is about a block away. Rooftop restaurant was great. Good food and great service."
"Stayed for a weekend to catch a show down the street. Within walking distance of Mission Ballroom. All of the staff were great, make sure to hit the taco restaurant on the 8th floor. Very nice updated room. Only complaint I'd have is if you're not an early riser or staying out late be prepared to be woken up early by housekeeping. We were in a corner room and could hear them cleaning the rooms next to us. It's probably a combination of vigorous cleaning and the floors not having carpet. Just was not my plan to be woken up so early, but all good."
"For the price of the hotel, the service was great from the front desk to the coffee shop to the rooftop bar, and finally the room service. I got nothing but politeness throughout the stay. A text message every day asking me if I need anything at all. I got a coffee every morning and whoever gave it to me did it with a smile on their face and it was delicious. The rooftop bar closes kind of early every night, but the tacos and drinks were great. Bartenders were very friendly and remembered my drink every time I showed up. The location was perfect because there was things to do and good food around but it wasn’t right downtown. Also saved you 20 minutes going back-and-forth from the airport if needed. I wish the rooms had a microwave in them just to reheat my food, but the snacks, coffee and drinks that they did supply were all really good. The bed was comfortable, shower was amazing and it had a nice workspace to get things done."
"This pace was a wonderful hotel. New, modern, very clean, staff were nice and accommodating. McDevitt Taco Supply on the roof was SO GOOD! I was pleasantly surprised. Location was great! Close to the train station and a nice 12 minute walk to the Mission Ballroom concert venue. The area was clean and we felt very safe walking at night. I would recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone!"
