There was even a time when I left something behind and didn't notice for two weeks, but they sorted it out for me without any hassle. I've spent a lot of money at Vuori over the years, and I'm not planning on stopping anytime soon. The clothes are great and the people there are even better."
"Clothes are great but I agree with the reviews regarding poor service at this location. While I was there, the employees were huddled in a corner talking college drama. Only one employee that wasn't sucked into their drama interacted with me. She was great but the rest really set the uninviting environment."

What sets them apart is their remarkable customer service. I had an experience where I went into the Vuori store at Park Meadows with a pair of pants I received as a gift, but they were torn. Unfortunately, the staff at that location wasn't willing to replace them. However, the staff at this location went above and beyond. They not only provided me with options to resolve the issue, but also showed genuine care and concern. It's truly refreshing to see a crew member and manager who take the time to train their employees to provide such exceptional service. "I’ve heard great things about this brand and was excited to try it out. I went into the Boulder location and I was sort of greeted by the employees working. I was one of two customers in the store with what appeared to be 6 employees working. I asked one of the employees where something was and she directed me to it. The largest size they had in the product was a medium so I went back over and asked if they had any larger sizes (I was looking for a large). She said no and went back to talking to the other employees. It was a really weird experience."
