"Bought a $490 dress online 'ship to store'. I saw the delivery date would be when I was on vacation, so I called to ask how to make sure the dress would still be there when I got back. Was told on the phone that since the delivery date was 11/14 and I was returning 11/19 the dress would still be there when I got back. I told them I was worried because I would not have cell service on vacation, and they assured me the dress would be there. The day I arrive home from vacation I see the dress have been returned because I did not pick it up on time. The dress is now out of stock and the store did absolutely nothing to help. It was supposed to be my wedding dress."
"Vladamire spent a generous amount of time looking for a shoe in my size. So incredibly happy I got the last pair of Nike shoes in this size and style. Definitely went above and beyond! I shop here regularly and never had an associate ask if I needed anything u till he did!"
"I purchased a bathrobe for $40. When I got home I washed it prior to use. The interfacing was not tacked down and opened up exposing loose threads down the seams on both sides and lay open on both sides. It had also shrunk enough to no longer fit me. It is of inferior quality. When I contacted the store I was told that because I had washed it I could not return it."
