"I can’t rave enough about Ben! We went today to get my girlfriend’s boots fitted. She felt Ben was extremely knowledgeable and patient. It took about an hour and a half to get the boots dialed in to the right fit. Ben never made us feel rushed and was just as excited as getting the fit right as she was! Friendly staff, though not always knowledgeable on the gear varieties. And, most items seem more expensive than what can be found online."
