First we drove here becase UA in denver outlets were so rude, here my wife noticed we were over charged (by 80$) we waited almost 2 hours and paid again (for the right amount) until we were assured the inital charge would fall off our pending credit. But it never did. I've spent multiple hours on the phone with online customer service and now they will not refund my money until they "investigate". What have they been doing the last month?? They wont even let me return the stuff for my refund. Ive been out $200 for about a month. This was supposed to be solved right away and escalated a week ago"

When I asked the manager what was happening she only replied that she was busy with other customers. She didn't apologize, she didn't do anything about it. She didn't care at all. I left the pants I wanted to purchase and left. She was all ironic saying "have a nice daaay". AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE."
