"This is the hidden gem of hiking brands and one of my favorite shops on Pearl street. The staff here is always very helpful, and if you go to the second floor, you can snag some really good deals on gear. I bought my micro spikes here and they have been great this past winter! The wickron items are also a good alternative to merino wool."
"I like this company, but I can’t shop here until they make it easy for online orders to be returned in store. There online returns are also a pain. I would like to see them make it a better experience for their customers."
"They can certainly afford to be open on Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesday (first day of the week they are open) is usually the day before most trips for explorers like myself who aren't limited to weekends. Great store but 1 star for convenience. Also opens super late, 11am? Hopefully they increase their hours of operation!"
