"Let me start this by saying I love the clothing and the message they bring, also that this is a review of the company. Not this individual shop or the employees there. They have always been top notch. However, I have found Prana does not practice what they preach. For a company that says on their "About Prana" page they want to "lessen their impact on the planet", "clothing with a higher purpose", and "We strive to do what is right, in ways both big and small" they have shown me quite the different in such a simple way. I recently purchased an item that was delivered to me. A few days later a new sale on that item had started (and with free shipping). I contacted customer service to see if they would be able to honor the new sale price, they said they unfortunately could not. This left me very confused since I could return the item I currently have (via free shipping for an exchange) and purchase the exact same item again at the discounted price, and have that shipped to me. They responded with saying that I definitely could do that. So instead of just refunding me the difference and me keeping the item I already have, I have to ship it back and they will send me the exact same thing back to me. How wasteful! This is the complete opposite of sustainability and doing what is right. This really dissapoints me in a company that I have been such an advocate for. I thought they would hold themselves to a higher standard than this."

"Their products and practice are great but this particular store disappoints me everytime especially recent years. The service is not the the greatest and the selection is very slim. Good thing there are many other choices in our town where I can find both friendly customer service and great selection of clothes that are produced in a environmentally conscious manner."

"I really enjoy Prana products, but the store left me wanting. It felt like any other clothing store with a weak selection of products. Nobody ever asked if I was looking for something. When I asked about the climbing pants I wanted, they weren't sure if the company still made them. There didn't seem to be buch thought to merchandising. I didn't feel like I was talking to someone who loved their products. It might have been a bad day or transition between summer and fall, but the great feeling I have about their clothing was not reinforced by this store."

"Busy! Yet Elijah found some pants for me to try on before ordering them in the right size and color. And having them shipped to the store by the end of a holiday week. Sweet!"
