"Doesn’t carry plus sizes, and acknowledged they were the only Athleta store in the area that doesn’t. I was told last week they were no longer carrying plus sizes because they couldn’t sell them. Given some other reviews I’ve read, from how they’ve treated larger customers, it’s not surprising they stopped coming in and giving their money to the store. I’m a huge athleta lover. I was literally wearing 2 pieces into the store. My home store knows me by name. It’s rare a day goes by without me wearing it. I and my supportive family and friends will happily spend our money where we’re valued- at literally any other athleta store. If the management here feels like inclusivity and opening the exercise world to bigger people isn’t a priority in their store, or at least realize that how they treat customers affects the breadth of their customer base and their bottom line, maybe they should go work at a lululemon or something. Athleta isn’t the place for them."

"I always have a great expert at the Pearl St shop. There is always someone to help with sizing, dressing rooms and options. The quality of clothing is excellent. They will order on line if need be. Kim helped me on my last visit and was amazing. She opened a new credit card for me, gave me a discount on all my items, helped with individual gift receipts and wrapping. Honestly, she made a potentially difficult experience as seem less as possible. I highly recommend shopping here any day of the week due to customer service and quality of clothing."
"While their clothes cost more than I'd typically spend, they are very high quality and the swim suits are the best. The store attendants were super nice and very friendly. They pointed me in the right direction from the get go."
