After years of heavy use, stiching on the belt loop was coming apart and Norrona was able to repair at no cost. Patrick did a great job coordinating shipment and repair as I don't live in Colorado. Considering an upcoming trip, Patrick offered to send me a new pair of pants in the event the repair shop wouldn't have mine ready in time. "Superb and Seamless Customer Service - My wife and I discovered Norrona while living in Europe, and their top-quality gear is now standard in our household.
