Panda Express

"Panda is one of my go-to for fast food. 12/28/2023 This location provided a rough experience for me. I had placed a pickup order online. I walked up to the online order pick-up area when I got to the location. I was approached by the cashier at that time, which was right around 4-5 PM, and the rep asked if I was there for pick up. I replied yes and shared my name. The rep had a negative tone in his voice when he asked me for the order number. I stated no problem, let me pull that up. Another person was there to pick up their online order, which was not ready yet. I pulled up the order number and shared the number on my phone with him, and he asked for my name with the same negative tone. I gave him my name, and then he asked for my phone number with the same negative tone. I then gave him the number, and he gave me my order. I asked if I could get an order of crab Rangoon as it would not let me order on the website. he then stormed off to get my crab Rangoon as requested and rang me up fast to get me out of the way to move on to his other tasks. Overall, I felt like a burden being at this location for my order. My business felt unwanted here. I will not return to this location as I did not feel valued here. I wanted to share this feedback with anyone looking to order here in advance or walk in just to be aware that staff could be unfriendly or uninviting to the business you bring to this location."

"I have had panda plenty but this store specifically is some of the worst food I have ever eaten and it was so bad I had to write about it. Also throw that kung pao chicken in the trash. It might be spicy but it isn’t even edible Way too much much spice and we got a slap of cabbage pieces instead of broccoli. It’s ridiculous. I don’t ever want Panda Express again. Manager…..get in there and fix it. You got horrible reviews. Cheers and happy holidays!"

"The best Panda Express I’ve ever been so far. The servers are very kind and great. The food is better made than other chains of Panda Express I’ve been to and I could tell by the effort of the employees that they love and care for the store. Please give them a raise. Thank you for your service. Just know you are much appreciated, servers."

"I ordered two 25-30 person catering combos for a party. The only reason this review has 2 stars is because the staff are great and the food was on point. However, the plates provided were TINY for a catering order - like 4 inch plates. I would expect an order for 60 people to include plates that people can eat off of. See photo for a pic of the panda plates and the ones I had to go buy - banana for scale. There was not enough plastic ware, we had 37 sets for a 60 person order. Most of all, there were NO SERVING UTENSILS OF ANY KIND. What the actual F%,!|+?! I specifically called and asked if I would need them and was assured they were included. Our guests waited around for 30 minutes while we had to leave the party to go get some. Huge oversight and I will not be ordering from here again."

"Nice job, Pandas! Came in today, ordered my meal and it was delivered hot & fresh. I had to wait a little longer to make the super greens, but I was compensated with a huge portion. Team was really nice and on top of it all. The restaurant was clean as well, which goes a long way these days when you’d rather just eat inside than raking it home. Overall, nice job and great food today. Thanks!"
