Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"We visited this past Sunday afternoon and it was an all around bad experience. Upon walking in the hostess, who looked exhausted and unkept, took about 3-5 minutes to come to the front and acted like she hated her job and we were putting her out by asking for a table. And then it only went downhill. The restaurant was dirty. I had to ask to have our table wiped down, the booth seats had old food and crayons in them and everything was sticky. The bathrooms smelled terrible and had not been cleaned. This place truly needs to be shut down for 24 hours and deep cleaned. Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive and there were items either missing or just not what we ordered. All around just a bad experience and we will not return to this location."

"1st off took someone like 15 min to help us after we were seated in an almost empty restaurant but on the flip side she was super sweet and kind to us but tons of staff was just walking around or talking with each other and the place was dirty and dust floating around, broccoli came out ice cold, and burger came out rare instead of medium. Also my friend ordered a drink and they didnt have some of the ingredients so they made him something random. Not happy and will not be back again."

"We visited at the end of August. I usually enjoy going to red Robin because my name is Robin and the food is normally good. Our hostess Eva was nicer and more helpful to us than our server Vanessa was. Vanessa was too busy at the bar to even come check on us or bring us water. She would walk by our table and not even look at us. Someone random delivered all of our food. And we even stopped Vanessa to ask for boxes so we could go and waited over 5 minutes until the hostess walked by again and saw we were upset. She grabbed the boxes right away. The food was okay, but it is usually better. Onion rings were fine- sandwich ok but the sweet potato fries were gross and cold. We also noticed it was very dirty inside. The little electronic menu/pay station wasn’t wiped down and was sticky. There was dust everywhere. A very obvious mouse trap inside- aaannndd when we stood up to leave a dead fly dropped on our table. I definitely don’t want to go back to this location."

"Tonight we ate at Red Robin Park Meadows for my daughter’s eleven-year-old birthday. Two of our six kids were served raw chicken fingers. The others did not order chicken. We told the manager, Jamie, and she took off the two kid’s meals that were raw and offered 50% off the whole ticket. In the end, we decided it was best not to pay. She accepted that decision. The chicken was fully raw, and our girls ate some of it; we are hopeful this does not cause sickness and food poisoning. They are not feeling well. The picture is just of one plate, the other was just as bad if not more worse but the manager took that one. We have a video too. My Scorpion burger was cold, as well as my wife’s burger and our fries. We have frequented there for over a decade. We will not return."

"Red Robin never disappoints. We enjoyed our experience here today (and each time we've been here before). The food was great, the drinks were cold, and the service was fast and friendly. There's plenty of seating here, too."
