"Several months later. Deceptive advertising!!!! Price posted above facial tissue is not for this product and they refuse to honor the price that they do post above a particular product. This ought to be illegal. They deceptively post price signs that aren't for the products displayed. Seems to be a pattern at the store to rip off customers. Thoroughly check your receipt for price correctness at this location. Produce marked with the non-organic price on the more obvious front side of the endcap display of organic strawberries and the organic price marked on the backside of the display. Cash register person told me I had to go get the correct product and take it to customer service that she could not simply remove the higher priced product from my receipt. Customer service personnel seemed completely unconcerned that their products are priced incorrectly and in a very misleading manner."

"Hello sams club and sams club employees, I would love to report a gigantic issue with this establishment... When I arrived at the place of the issue my son Koda was requesting that we should get some Mtn. Dew Baja Blast Edition. However when we "pulled up" we noticed that the Mtn. Dew Baja Blast was not there... we asked a worker if they had any in stock, but, the worker in question said "No... sorry". We were let down obviously, but, this was no challenge for me and Koda. So we embarked on a journey to find this magnificent flavour of Mtn. Dew... we saw the flavour up in its highness and royalness atop the sams club stock... we were mad but we went to the worker to ask to get it down and this NPC ignored us and walked away thus, we oeft the sams club sad and with coke instead of Baja Blast... "9/30/22-The store reached out to me apologizing for what happened. They then went off on how great their app is and how you can scan and go with it. This shows that they really don't listen to people. I did not want to pay with my phone or fight with an app that just takes up space on my phone. Sam's Club does not listen to their customers and just tries to force things down their throats. Horrible customer service from this experience. I dropped them down to one star since that is the lowest google will let me even though they should have negative stars for this. 9/28/22-My experience with this place is split. I had trouble getting gas even though I'm a member because I did not want to pay with my phone. The gut they had working out there was amazing and helped out. He told me it is easier to get gas if you have a card. I told him that I had been told by the people at customer service that they were either out or no longer doing them. He apologized to me and told me to try again because he knew they had them, but that they didn't like giving them out. So I went in to do some shopping I decided to try again. It was a horrible experience. When I tried to tell her what happened at the pump and what the guy told me she started to interrupt me and yell at me that I was hostile. My mother was sitting back in one of the electronic scooters and heard what she was saying to me because she was yelling it. It was horrible customer service and that employee should not be working the customer service desk if she is just going to yell at customers. Also when I asked for a manager she refused to get one. I wouldhave given this place negative 5 stars for her behavior, but I have to give good credit to the helpful guy at the gas station part. I give credit where it is due and take it away where it needs to be taken away."
