"I’ll be pulling all of my prescriptions from this pharmacy. They’ve had a script for an antibiotic for 2 days but didn’t fill it until I called them. Why do I need to call you to tell you to do your job when my doctor has already sent it over to you? I might as well clock in and get paid for having to manage y’all. Honestly it’s ridiculous. The main pharmacist is really nice and helpful but the rest of the staff is pretty incompetent. Had a refill and a new RX called in by my doctor at the same time. One was filled one was not. I need both of these medications to get better. It’s not a good look to mess with meds that people need. Disappointed to say the least."
