"This hospital surpassed my expectations. Things started rocky but it was a busy night. I ended up getting admitted. The nurses, techs and doctors took phenomenal care of me. Thank you to the team on the 7th floor in pavilion 2. Y’all were amazing."

"I went in a year ago to get my medication. Normally paid by my insurance, I was unexpectedly charged 6$. When I informed the pharmacist I didn't have the money I was asked how much I had, 3 dollars I said. He then took my last bit of money. I went home hungry thinking I was going to use that for dinner. But I did receive my medication."

"This pharmacy is very frustrating for many reasons: they’re understaffed and often overwhelmed quickly, and the tone of the technicians can be dehumanizing and wild. Have a medical question from a pharmacist; do they get mad if you ask them for help? I’m not sure why some technicians feel entitled to protect pharmacists from answering MEDICAL questions. In the last six months, prescriptions have been sent to the wrong pharmacy. I’ve been told there’s no prior authorization when the app says otherwise. Even incorrectly told to administrator a medication. They will say, “our systems don’t always talk to each other well” as an excuse. Post-Covid burnout is real. UC Health pharmacies SHOULD NOT normalize medical errors on medications. Please, ask questions before you take anything home. —Also, a lot of good people work here. They will even go out this way to get the medication sent to the wrong UC health pharmacy. The issue is not the employees' fault."

Every nurse and doctor I met with, took the time I asked for, and patiently answered all of my questions. The work that was performed on me was excellent. This is an exceptional organization."
