"Changed Pharmacy’s three months ago. From Safeway Pharmacy on Peoria & Mississippi, to King Soopers Pharmacy at 1155 Havana St. I did so with much reluctance, considering every person I dealt with at Safeway was helpful and kind. I had no choice but to switch, because the price difference for the exact same meds is obscenely higher at Safeway. No matter what discounts were applied, it was still over $50-$100/mo more to fill at Safeway. When I read the reviews for King Soopers, I was dreading the experience. I’ve dealt with terrible pharmacies before, and they can make your life a nightmare. To my delight, King Soopers Pharmacy is EXCELLENT!!! They have surpassed my expectations!! I even waited to write this review to be sure my experience wasn’t a fluke. My first time filling my script there, they didn’t have my med in stock and called to let me know. It was already 6pm, and the person I spoke with said let me call you back. I was expecting to hear from her maybe the next day, but she called back in less than 5 minutes and told me I could pick them up at another King Soopers that night! These past couple months, they’ve have had them ready two hours earlier than the projected time, get this…because they know what time I have to be at work!!! I wish I had the name of the woman I speak to each time, because she truly goes above and beyond and deserves recognition! And Bo, the gentleman I’ve dealt with the past couple months, also incredible!! Very personable, knowledgeable, and found discounts that saved me more than expected, that he made sure would be entered in the system in case he isn’t there. I’m not negating anyone’s personal experience/review. I’ve had those same nightmare experiences elsewhere. I’m just here to share my personal experience with this King Soopers Pharmacy, which has been nothing short of excellent."

"Everything is wrong with the store. From getting a cart which are never in the store to choosing product, which is not an inventory to checking out long lines, understaffed, dirty filthy. I will never come back to the store. It’s ridiculous."

"I worked in a pharmacy for 10 years so I understand how difficult it can be when it is busy. However, I have never seen a more dysfunctional pharmacy in my life. My prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be even when I give multiple days advanced notice. Every time I call they are rude and put you on hold immediately and I have waited over 20 minutes for someone to answer on more than one occasion. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever done business with and will be moving my prescriptions immediately"
