"They call me before they are coming, and if I'm not home they once left my meds in between my door and screen door."
"Told by message/ voice mail that I have a delivery today 3/31/23 they have third party make deliveries but never call before they make deliveries. Customer service is so very rude and not helpful. Elderly should not have to wait all day long for medication delivery with no phone call. Need better window of time to be delivered like morning, afternoon, evening. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.......and DELIVERY DRIVERS . Again on Saturday 4/1/23 I was told I had another delivery but driver called at my doorstep when I was at grocery store as shown on camera and no notice was left on my door. Once again we need more notice on delivery times so we can be home. This is not acceptable One again on 4/28/23 I received a voice message that my medication is out for delivery. I called Grane to see approximately When delivery morning or afternoon. The guy in customer service was very rude and said the third party delivery is from 8:00am to 8:00 pm. It would be nice if we knew a better window since our meds have to be signed for. Drivers NEVER calls in advance before delivery. They just show up at your door without notification"
"Given wrong information from Grane Supply several times regarding prescription delivery dates When I call to check on delivery date I get wrong information so they need to be better trained to give patients correct information regarding medication we are waiting for and the word sorry doesn’t help.Narcotic medications need to be signed for and I have to reschedule appointments so I can be home to sign for them and to have them not delivered when told they would be. Very Poor Customer Service."
"If I could give a -100 stars I would! I work at an AL and this has got to be one of the worst pharmacies! No communication whatsoever from them! If you’re out of stock on a medication let the AL know not when I call to see what’s going on 3 days later. A confirmation fax would be nice! If I fax over a refill order and it’s been discontinued let the AL know ! Again don’t wait for me to call 3 days later to find out. Geees!"
