"This establishment pleasantly surprised me with its menu selection that was more extensive than I expected. Looking at their website prior it showed they offered some salads and wings and a few sandwiches. Don't be fooled the menu we were provided upon arrival was much more extensive. The food we received was very good although beware the super hot wing sauce which will put your mouth on fire. Service here was also very good with friendly efficient service. The price was very reasonable. This is a place I would return to."

"Waited 2 hours for our order that we made 4 days prior, missed half of the Super Bowl. It was complete chaos in there, they were so unprepared and according to another guest it was a nightmare last year too. I will still dine here in the future but will not trust them for an important event like this."

"1 star because it wouldn’t let me give you a zero. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had for food. Over two hours wait for a takeout order and still didn’t come out, just had to cancel my order. Why would you continue taking orders when you know you couldn’t fulfill the orders absolute terrible management. Not only that but not a single employee could tell anybody waiting how long it would be for their order to come out. I appreciate the guy offering water 50 minutes into waiting. I ended up calling the store and they said an hour and a half. Took my family home came back and still not done. Thanks so much for the waste of my time. Second time I’ve had a bad experience at this store. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! Don’t waste your time at this place!"

"Take your appetite elsewhere. This may be a good establishment to hang out with friends for drinks. Should have looked at the reviews before deciding to dine here. I’m rating a 1 for the food, manager, and general manager. They really didn’t care about our experience or try to make it right. We ordered the 20 piece traditional with 4 types of flavors, fries, and onion rings, with beverages. It appeared we had jumbo wings that were not completely prepared. The meat was so tough, they were inedible. We spoke with the store manager, Jordan. Initially, she seemed concerned. The 2nd round of 12 wings were just as bad as the first. Spoke with Jordan again. I suggested I just pay for 10 wings and the rest of the bill. She stated that the 3rd batch of wings were coming out now. We questioned the long delay in receiving the fries and onion rings. She shared that we must request when ordering that we’d like all items out together. She further included that our server felt uncomfortable and was upset with us as we had been disrespectful to her. Our mouths flew open. First, this has nothing to do with the quality of our food. Second, our waitress had been nothing but accommodating. We saw the server after Jordan left. When we asked about treating her unfairly. She denied these allegations. She further stated that it was her job to make sure our food was suitable for us. She had no qualms about sending the food back. She also denied that she felt uncomfortable with us. I paid the total bill and gave our server a tip, just to get out of there. I would recommend that corporate review this situation and refund me half of my bill. I would also recommend getting rid of the store and general manager. They are worthless to your establishment!"

"When you walk in the place there is a distinct smell of rotten eggs. I usually come for lunch and I must say that the service is almost always great, Savanah the bartender is really good and always checks with me multiple times through out my meal. Lately the wings have been less then stellar, either they come out cold or small and broken, I recently ordered queso and it was cold, I sent it back and it came back cold. The manager was nice enough to take it off my order but I was really looking forward to it. I hope the next time I'm back the food is better as that's why I'm there."
