"have been here twice, the first time we waited at the drive thru speaker for almost 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged we were there. the food was spilling out of the wrapper. the second time we waited at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes, after 5 minutes passed we were determined to see if anyone would take our order at all. nobody took our order, and there were people inside. both visits were early afternoon. this location just does not want business."
"Told them "No Lettuce" on the Tacos 5 times. They even repeated it. They put it on the receipt. But they still put lettuce on the Tacos. So we had to throw the meal away and wasted our money. Not worth driving back down. Waste of time and money. Update. They messed up $13 worth of food so in response they gave me a $1 off coupon. Seems fair.."
"I have been here twice now and both food items (birria quesadilla and loaded queso burrito) have been wonderfully good. Del Taco will be my new spot for fast food of this type."
"Consistently extremely slow service. I've given this places tons of chances over the course of 2 years. The Drive-Thru employees instruct people to park in front of the restaurant after paying and they will bring the food out. Sometimes this goes okay, other times they will forget about you and you'll sit out there for 15 minutes waiting for food. It feels like they're trying to cheat some sort of metric system with this ridiculous process. If the employees ask you to park out front, refuse until you've received your food. They can't ignore you or forget about you if you're blocking new customers."
"Not in the best part of town, but in easy access location. The food was good. The service was a bit slow on the other hand. I would however recommend this if looking for a quick non fancy bite to eat."
