"Used the drive thru, I wasn't sure why they had me go to the front of the store and wait. I only ordered the breakfast platter and I was the only person there, so why the wait? Food was good, didn't wait to long. I wish I wouldn't have had to wait at all. Thanks"

"Terrible Terrible terrible experience ordered the double bonus jack combo with extra extra bacon , inserted my card , it was approved on screen , no Receipt printed , said it didn't go through , they seen it was approved on my side almost still ignored it was paid , whatever error happened on your side , should get fixed , tried to make me double pay , I refused obviously. Still got my food with no receipt for my points , I'm pissed at this jack in a box for sure ."

"The lady that works around midnight on Wednesdays is pretty cool. That's why I gave it a 4 star for service. BUT.. The food was horrible. My husband asked for everything to be made fresh and noted we weren't in a rush and could wait. The lady said to him everything is being made fresh as she takes payment. The food was so cold and tasted like it was sitting out under the warmers for a long time. Fries were stale. My husband got a burger and it was so cold in the middle he didn't even eat it he threw it away. I had the chicken strips combo and that was the worst chicken strips I have ever had. Even our sprites were flat. I will not be returning anytime soon. Hopefully they can get good workers in there that actually don't mind working and making fresh food as they should!"

"The bag was falling apart and dripping grease by the time we got home. Every taco was so soggy with grease, the bags holding each taco was completely saturated."

"It was an alright experience. If you go in to order, beware that there will be a wait, even if you are the only person in line (it seems they prioritize online and drive-thru orders). The inside was very clean and neat, it would be a great spot to dine in, with plenty of room to spare. I love how they offer multiple drink options in the coca-cola fountain machine they had (and actually had all the drink options they offered, unlike other places where minute maid or coca-cola would be empty and all they had would be like Root Beer or Hi-C). As for the food, it was nothing spectacular. The fries were good, and the burger was good. If you come across it and you want to give it a try, it won't be a bad time, but it will not be anything exciting either. It's the kind of place you'd want to grab once in a blue moon; I mean who doesn't love curly fries?"
