McDonald's

"Ok so I normally don't ever have a problem. This time though unfortunately I did. I was told to hurry up and order after just pulling forward because there are other people to help when there was no one behind me. Secondly the guy asked if I had completed my order even though I hadn't even ordered anything at all. I feel like if people don't understand that when someone has kids with them those children are indecisive all the time. Bad experience for not just me but my kids."

"This used to be the best location in colorado. It’s like they got a new owner and doesn’t care. The employees used to be so nice and happy, now they all have attitudes. I sat at the speaker for 5 min no one answered, then when I got to the window they had an attitude with me! I won’t be spending my change here anymore."

"Even though all I ordered was a Coke and French fries, the guy stood at the drive-thru window for a while, ignoring me. A few minutes later, a girl opens the window a crack, shoves the bag of fries out, doesn't say a word, closes the window, and walks away. Then she and the guy are standing there talking as if they don't know why I didn't drive away. He finally opens the window and hands out a super pale, not full, Coke. I asked why it looked so watered down. He stares at me and closes the window. The two of them are talking again. Now, another girl comes to the window. She doesn't ask "may I help you?" or anything else, as a matter of fact. More staring. So, I ask her "why does this look so watered down?". She gruffly responds with "this is the way it comes out and there's nothing I can do about it". What charming, genuine, and helpful service. What a delightful attitude and positive solution to a tiny problem. Um, maybe a new Coke would be nice? Nope. Of course, she had already closed the window and walked away. I drove away with my super watery Coke and my fries that were only halfway filled. And I thought it would be a nice little treat to stop there."

"Check out this burger I got. Looks appealing don't it. They hear an alarm on the heater drawers and reset that like it's no big deal serving hours old cooked meat."

"2023- Oct. This is the 3rd time in the past 3 months that I came here and their ice cream/shake/Mc Flurry machine was out. This is also the 3rd time that I have asked for water, and they gave me the rest of my order but made me wait in the pick-up space for my water which took more than 5 minutes!!! I tried to give them a chance to be better, but they didn't pull through. Never coming back here. 2022-August Ordered a hot fudge and paid for an extra hot fudge. Then I was given a caramel. I refused to accept and the lady said, they didn't have hot fudge. Then she asked, 'You don't want it'? I said, no. I want my money back. They gave me cash that was less than what I paid for. I wasn't able to complain because my husband drove off. 2021-Nov We passed by drive through on Friday, Nov 5, around 5 p.m. There were 2 cars in front of us. The lady who took our order sounded clear and professional. The guy that gave me my order was terrible. He was talking to someone in Spanish the whole time he was assembling my order. He then start handing me a dripping drink holder, while still talking to someone! I said, that's dripping, I am not putting that in my car. He took out the dripping drink, while still handing me the dripping drink holder. I said, at least give me some napkin. I dried the drink holder and placed it on my floorboard. Never have I had this bad of a service in this McDonald's."
