"I did a curbside pickup and they always bring the food out quickly! The food is good."
"This has got to be THE WORST McDonald's in the state. There is always an issue when I go here; I don't go that often, and I'd avoid it altogether if it wasn't the only option in the area at certain times. They will mess up your order. They will serve you flat soft drinks. They will hand you the nastiest, oldest, spongiest fries you can imagine. They are ALWAYS conveniently out of every single promotional sauce or item McDonald's ever does. They are regularly out of normal menu items, too! Of course, the ice cream machine isn't working. The drive thru workers will pull five cars in a row through one lane, while you sit in the other wondering if they know you're even there. Sometimes, they'll just shut one lane down, but they won't cone it off or anything, so you get to make a fun loop around the building and get back in line. They'll whisper into the headset, and then act like it's your fault that you can't hear them. Or, alternatively, they'll rudely announce "speak up!!" This restaurant and it's staff are an absolute disgrace."
"Not only were they so rude to my ma and making fun of her, laughing and pointing at her while she asked for her missing food that she payed for. They should fire the new employees. ruining it for everyone."
"Ordered through the door dash app. The cheeseburger was missing, the filet-o-fish and bun were burnt. Decided to go the the restaurant myself to get things fixed. Walked in with my bag. Was looked at by several employees and no one said anything to me. It looked as if I just crossed the border into a foreign location. No one was speaking English either. Not sure who helped me but she wasn’t listening to what I was saying or she simply didn’t understand english. I told her two times the filet-o-fish was burnt. Did it get fixed? First two photos are of the original fish I received. The second photo is the cheeseburger and “new” fish I received. If this is the quality that McDonald’s wants to represent then it’s better to go somewhere else. The employees and food were terrible. You can do better."
