Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Their portion sizes are small. Last time I went, I thought I had a server with a light hand, however it happened again tonight. And it wasn't just for my order. They were doing online orders as well and the portion size of those bowls were small as well. Please bring back normal chipotle portion sizes. If not lower your prices accordingly."

"Attended this Chipotle for dinner. It is by far the worst Chipotle in the area. Portions are very small, employees are rude, and the tables are always dirty. This experience will be my last time eating at the Lone Tree Chipotle. The rice was crunchy and uncooked, and the chicken was burnt and fatty. When we got to the toppings they were out of guacamole. The worker was very rude when we asked for guacamole, and refused to go back in the kitchen and see when it would be ready. We were eventually shuttled through the line and checked out. The employee was also running her gloved hands through her hair while serving customers. Terrible service at this location."

"These guys constantly screw up our online orders… again today my bowl was missing roughly half the ingredients (including the meat!). Had to make two separate trips in from my office, again, after making 4 phone calls to the store that nobody answered… When I arrived back I asked the guy why nobody was answering the phone and he apologized and told me they couldn’t due to the lunch rush (there was literally one person in line as he told me this… though it was lunchtime and probably busier at times). Oh and when I first arrived for the initial pickup I parked out back and there was a girl out the back door (appeared to be an employee) smoking pot… not that that is a big issue to me but seems relevantly unprofessional especially when they aren’t answering the phones and are massively screwing up orders... On a plus note, the guy did quickly remake our meals and threw in chips and Guac as an apology for my troubles (handled well once back in the store). Anyways, good luck."

"Held up without a gun.... I went in to order three tacos. Ordered three steak tacos, and asked the girl to substitute one carnitas taco. I always do this, and have no problem paying the price for the three higher priced tacos whichever they may be. I asked for guacamole on all the tacos, again as I always do. Got to the register they charged me for 3 single tacos (not the three grouping they normally charge), and then proceeded to charge me $2.80 for guacamole on each taco. That is nearly $9:00 for guacamole on top of three tacos. For a three taco meal with a drink I was charged $25.26. I wasn't really paying attention at the time, but when I looked at the receipt I was appalled. Charging me for three individual tacos was bad enough, but to then charge me for guacamole three separate times is just wrong. I had almost $9:00 of guacamole alone. I went to their website to make a mock order for three tacos with guacamole, guess what they only charged me one time ($2.80) for the three tacos. Since I can't get back to that Chipotle for some time I decided to contact them via their report an experience link. I was told politely that each store sets their own pricing policy, and well, just bend over and take it. Double check your receipts, don't get ripped off like I did."

"A little under seasoned but that’s ok with me. Main problem is worker scooping tiniest amount of meat so maybe 7-8 smallest cubes of beef? The motion of scooping and then shaking the spoon is kinda funny. I guess it’s called portion control eh?"
