Aurora Sonoda's Sushi is a unique and authentic Japanese restaurant located at 3108 South Parker Road in Aurora, Colorado. We specialize in creating sushi dishes that are not only delicious but also a form of art. Our ingredients are sourced from Japan and cooked using our special techniques designed for the Rocky Mountain altitude.
We take pride in providing a personalized dining experience, from our traditional Japanese decor to the warm welcome of "Irashaimasen" when you walk in. Our skilled sushi chefs are always ready to engage in lively conversations with our guests, adding to the overall dining experience.
To support us during these challenging times, we encourage our customers to order takeout whenever possible. By doing so, we receive 100% of the sales compared to food delivery services, which take up to 30% of our sales. To place an order or make a reservation, please call 303-337-3800.

"Pretty good place. I've had takeout a couple times at this point and they're very welcoming. While some of their sushi is about as expensive as you'd expect from a sushi place, they have a couple budget rolls that are of far higher quality than the grocery-store stuff yet competitive in price. That's amazing on its own and probably explains their popularity a bit. From what I've discussed with other customers while waiting for my food, everyone has nothing but good things to say. Definitely a place worth visiting."
"There's a reason this place has been open for so long - the fish is fresh! The chefs take special care in preparing each serving with love. The presentation is beautiful and the flavors match well and pop. The staff is super friendly and for the price there's few places that could match it in the Denver area. They have a great selection of beer and sake to wash everything down with and the ambience is nice and retro. Come here to be satisfied with sushi!"
"This was quite the experience. From the start the staff was friendly and attentive and Juan and our waitress were on top of every detail wish I had gotten her name; they provided perfect service. The food was amazing my favorite had to be the Green Hornet Rolls. Even though i enjoyed every single item we ordered it all went well and tasted delicious from the start. I honesty didn't expect the freshness as we are far from the Ocean but it was one of the best sushi experiences ever. I would highly recommend and hopefully can return soon try every item possible. Thank you for a great experience!"

"Sonoda’s Sushi is great! Their prices are excellent when compared to other sushi restaurants of similar caliber, the sushi is good, and the service was very friendly and timely. We were even given free green tea ice cream and sushi-themed calendars at the end of our meal! I also appreciated the aquariums and neat fish :) We also attended with a friend who has shellfish allergies and they gladly accommodated her and she had no issues during our meal."
