"Whatever you do, do not work with Katie Hankins. She will trick you into signing a full year seller and buyer agreement. If you ask questions about the contracts, she will blow you off, and just tell her to trust you. She will not bother to set you up in the MLS search. She will try to push you into properties that are not right for you just to get a deal done. She will not fulfill her obligations as a listing agent or a buyers agent. She will take subpar photos of your property, and will not offer to help you stage it. She will blame you and accuse you of wasting her time when it does not sell. She is also unethical with contracts, and will use certain outs for the buyer like loan terms, instead of telling other agents that it’s a contingent offer. She does not have the time to give you the quality of service that you deserve. Do not bother to work with her. She is refusing to let me out of my sellers agreements, so essentially wants to trap me in my condo for another year just out of pettiness. She puts on a good act with a smile and southern accent, but don’t be fooled. She is vicious and malicious, and will ruin your life to try to make a couple bucks."
