They were very communicative during our tenancy and we appreciated that their management style is proactive vs. reactive, unlike most property managers. Any necessary repairs or maintenance were handled using contractors that were courteous and knew what they were doing. When it came time for us to move out of state, they talked us through the move out process and made it a breeze, even giving us our full deposit back on the same day we had our move out walkthrough together. We appreciated their reasonableness, transparency and professionalism."

"We've worked with Queen City Property Management for 2 years, and I can comfortably say that you will not regret the decision to work with them. The relationship between and tenant and property managers can sometimes be challenging, but we have had nothing but a wonderful experience. A few important things to consider 1) They respond quickly to questions and are very transparent about repairs and timeframes. 2) Proactive communication about weather and expectations so tenants know what is expected of them and can protect their finances and the integrity of the property. 3) They work with very thorough partners! We've had a few things needed in the house and the electricians and repair people were fast, thoughtful, and super helpful. If we were not moving states, we would happily stay in our current property or work with Queen City to find another one! Thank you for everything!"

From the beginning Lynette and Katherine have been very helpful and responsive with our questions (and we had a lot of them!) Lynette understands the house is special to us for when we move back, and has provided good recommendations in getting the house prepped for tenants, and good timely responses to when things come up.
