"Was very disappointed when using this location to ship items to our nephew. My husband and I brought in several items that needed a box and one item that already had a box. We understood that we would need to pay for a box for the items that didn’t have one so the price made sense with what we paid. A week later, our nephew reached out saying he only got one box and the tracking number says delivered. We reached out to the store and they were very rude on the phone, stated they’d have to look around the store and will call back. It’s been two days and still no update on what happened to the items we brought into their store. Even tried calling them three times, the phone would only ring and then go to an automated message stating the voicemail box was full and to try again. Was really hoping to avoid going up to the store, but this is ridiculous having to wait around for their response on their error."
