"When this place changed ownership in August of 2016 it really went to Hell. The owners are in California. There is no way to personally contact them, everything goes through the management here. There have been several personnel changes in the management offices. There used to be free cable, free internet and a laundry room for each building. There were also storage areas for the tenants. The internet was the first to go. The cable was spotty for a bit and most apartments don't get cable anymore. The management has just refused to fix it. The laundry rooms were all closed for almost a year. New machines appeared in the rooms a few months ago, but so far there is only one laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers available for several buildings. Allegedly they are waiting for cameras to be installed. There is now no extra storage. Many of the apartments have been re-done, The tenants were either evicted or moved out on their own due to the loss of amenities. The carpeting was removed in the remodeled apartments. Now there is no sound deadening material and the walls are thin.You can hear your neighbors pass gas. If you want to keep a secret, this is not the place. There is now no grace period for the rent and a ten dollar a day penalty starts immediately. The owner is really taking advantage of the housing shortage. When the shortage ends, this place will be vacant. There were a lot of veterans here getting housing assistance. They are mostly gone now because the owners can soak the new tenants with higher rents. I just received my notice that I have to move. I am a disabled veteran. I am one of the last vets to leave here. The owner, a greedy soulless lawyer living in Cali has pushed all the veterans who get rental assistance from HUD-VASH out of their apartments. She sucks. There is a lot of turnover here with the new tenants, not sure why but I can guess. Move here at your own risk."
"The place is falling apart I stayed the for almost a year Landlord thinks she's still in California very arrogant don't listen to your problems takes you for granted and accusses you for destroying her apartment I left it in better condition then when I moved in tried to talk to her as a human being and she total disrespected me for no apparent reason oh well you learn from your mistakes"
