"We took our dog here when we couldn't get into our regular vet. Very compassionate and understanding! They explained everything and had a plan. The next day she was feeling better! Very impressive how we got a check up call to see how she was feeling! We will definitely be back! Amazing experience!"
"Our dog became ill at a time when our regular vet office was not open. I called Prairie Lakes Pet Hospital and got an appointment that day. Dr. Franks was interested in our pet and our concerns. She suggested some lab work. She called us the next morning with the results of the lab work which diagnosed the reason our dog’s was having this recurring problem and gave us a treatment plan. Her office called us for a couple of days after treatment began to check on our dog. We were very pleased with Prairie Lakes Pet Hospital, the staff, and Dr. Franks. They have gained our trust, and we will continue with her as our veterinarian in the future."
