"phil klink was one of the most unprofessional property managers I have ever dealt with. Last month before moving out, I kept trying to aquire to move out guideline and had to keep emailing him to get it. He lied and said he sent it when he never did. I finally recieved it after calling and emailing the main office. I left the unit clean as I recieved it and recieved a "cleaning fee". I should have taken pictures when I moved out(costly mistake) . I told him I had pictures and videos from my initial move in and to let me know if there was any issue, I end up recieving a "renovation" charge. If you have to rent from Phil klink, take pictures of absolutly everything (move in and move out) and keep records of your communication. All this makes me feel like I was robbed legally."
"I have been registered on the do not mail list for a few years, I continued to receive the REMAX mailers. I tried to contact LISA KOCH the realtor on the mailer and she stated "We send out mailers through a company and we have no control over the addresses used.That mailer is sent out by a company called Quantum Digital. I have no control over the addresses they mail too. Google them and contact them direct. (WOW) bad customer service and spelling, seriously????? Lisa M.
