"This is one of the best places we have lived at in years! We are so very thankful to the staff of Reflections at the Marina. They keep up the property and maintenance is awesome. The staff quickly fixed a few small items without fail and even took them less than a day after we had put in the requests. Already felt like a safe place compared to other places we have lived, they even have it gated now too! so awesome. Beautiful property has great amenities and is so quiet and peaceful. A wonderful area can't wait to explore the Marina and other great places around the apartments. My wife and I are so very happy here. Thank you."

"I applied for a 3bd 2bth, I paid 350.00, 150.00 was for application fees that weren't refundable and I understood that. I canceled my application before 24hrs of applying. Nothing was done on the application yet so I was told by a gentleman name Christian that he would cancel my application and receive my money back in three days. I waited over a week never received anything so I called again and this time spoke with a female named Heather and she said the same thing Christian said. She mentioned she would send another email out to the person that handles the money and I should receive it in a few days. Once again nothing. I called today and spoke with Christian again and he said there was nothing he could do on his end besides send another email out. I asked if I could get the email or phone number of the person who handles the money, he said I should call corporate. I asked for corporates number and he said he couldn't give it to me. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I'm at a loss here."
"I just renewed my lease for a second year. Maintenance guys are awesome. 3 full turnovers in office staff, but they are all great. Only 2 complaints are the monthly community utilities. Add 150 monthly on top of rent. And fix the hot tub. Pay good money to have no hot tub for over a year."
