"Buyers beware! If i could give this company zero stars, I would. We have had MULTIPLE issues with the house we bought back in 2015. I will name a few very important issues, as there are way too many to name. First, they have FLOODED our house, not once, but three times. The cause has been hidden deep within the walls and you won’t know until it happens to you. Second, they almost caught our house on fire by not properly connecting the AC unit inside an electrical box up in the attic. Third, we HAVE laminate wood flooring that buckles (they did not level the concrete slab underneath and fill the pits) and slides out of place (pieces cut too small), where you can actually see underneath. This, too, was hidden by them sliding the flooring into the baseboards. Please reconsider purchasing a house from them, unless you like to spend money on fixing things."
