"Lived there for six years without a single problem that I did. Slowly but surely we watched this place go from a nice community, to completely forgotten about. (Trash left by dumpster for months, broke down cars in parking lot for a year, fences falling apart, dirty pool, and worst of all their foundation was breaking away on second story unit and left for months unattended, as seen in photos I took before we left.) We put in our 30 day because we had bought our first home, and an hour later we got a letter on the door with a “no cause eviction”. I mean thank god it worked out but if we had gotten that a month sooner while waiting for our new house to be complete we would have been screwed. Thought it was very unprofessional how they treated their occupants, as I heard stories worse than mine. The lady said it’s because they wanted to “renovate”. Just was looking to get a few hundred bucks more out of the next occupant is what it boiled down too. DO NOT recommend this place."
"The management staff here is nonexistent. Trying to get ahold of them takes forver. The only "management" staff that you see is only maintenance. So they are fast, as they should be. Took forever to open the pool (enough tenants complained is my guess). There are two entrances. The "main" off Plumas and what I call the "back" off of Salem. Where I park closer to my apartment."

"We schedule an appointment for showing. I called on Monday and our appointment was for today. When we got there the lady at the front desk told us that she rented the townhouse we went to go see. She was very unprofessional and kind of rude. She didn't even call to tell us that she had rented it out. She rented it out yesterday. I have never gone to a place so unprofessional, like this one. We don't live close by. We had to move our schedule to come down and see this place, and this lady did not care. I do not recommend this place to no one. This was the worse experience ever. I will never return to this place. Parking sucked anyways. We are very disappointed in this place. Thanks for wasting our time!!"
