"This Place is not good to live in. HOA picka on people especially older generation folks. JENNY Seems nice at first but once u sign the papers you will see the mean side of her. The maintence guy is a creep! Fitness room and Spa have cameras and he loves to look at the ladies work out from previous days. He also likes to talk about residents personal lifes and picks on them. This place will knw everything about your personal life and they gossip stay away!"
"Don't even think on moving here. This place sucks and the Homeowners Association are always changing rules. There is alot of people that live here that don't work and are on SSA and all they do all is look at other people private lives and complain to the homeowners and next thing you, know theres new rules You can't do this or can' t do that . Jenny the Manager here or Relator will sweet talk you into buying a condo or renting because she owns some units here but once you sign the dotted line that sweet talk goes away and now NEW RULES took affect and you MUST follow them."
