"Greedy scumbags, The lady denied my application for invalid reasons. Even after I was pre screened of my income she told me to go ahead and apply knowing she would deny me. They charge $60 a person to apply. They want someone to make 3 plus times the rent so they can up the price. She tried saying my husband didn't make enough because there was a error on his year to date from pay roll. Even though he has worked at the same company for 8 years and I told her they had to start over the year to date at his company in may due to a security breach, so he would have two W4's. And that would t matter anyways, you are only required to show 2 months pay stubs, what if he had worked somewhere else this year, yrs would be on other check? They are greedy and want you to make 56,000 a year and even if you make way more they won't rent to you, even after verifying with employees that he works overtime. I even was told I need court ordered child support, NO other rental company requires that when you can prove payments received on your bank account. Absolutely discrimination and unethical. House stunk like mildew anyways. Scammers"

"Was humoring myself today to see if these folks had decided to clean up their business practices from when I (thank God) got out from under having them as a landlord. Not at all shocked to see their behaviors continue. I'm sure this will get a reply that I was never a tenant, but alas I was. Loved living in the unit we were in until these guys took over a couple years in. Long story long, couldn't get out fast enough. I can attest that all the negative reviews here are 100% accurate. "Where do I even begin. The first day I came to the property to move in the snow was 4 ft high and at this point it was solid ice. The driveway at this property was steep and 100 yds+ long and it costs us $1,200 to have the snow removed. We weren’t able to get our stuff up for 3 days because of this. Also the heat did not work. We noticed this when we arrived and contacted them. Russ assured us that it worked but it did not and would not even cut on. It was 32 degrees in the house that night and it makes me so upset thinking about it. We were unable to go into town and get a hotel because the roads were ice and very steep (the house is located in the Virginia City Highlands for driving condition reference). We did not get any sleep the first night and I have never been that cold in all my life. I called Russ the next morning to explain to him that this was an emergency and that we needed heat & that legally he was responsible for putting us in a hotel since the house did not have working heat and his words exactly were “absolutely not” then he hung up. We didn’t have someone out to fix the heat for 3 more days. They actually didn’t even fix it and we had to have them come back out. It took two repair men and a new part before that worked. Russ claimed that we could just use the pellet stove for heat but the whole town was sold out of pellets so that was not an option. I truly believe in treating others how you want to be treated and just being kind in general but this company and Russ particularly could care less about their tenets and about their home owners. We had well water that hardly ever tasted right. They had to send people out for that. The microwave did not work. The pellet stove went out, the dishwasher broke & the list goes on and on. We cleaned that house for a week top to bottom before moving out. We paid Stanley Steamers to come clean the carpets as they requested and we still got charged $1,400. The charges made no sense. $570.00 for carpet and other cleaning. (We even sent them the receipt from the cleaning we had done) $199.00 for a septic tank lid? We never touched the tank while we lived there nor did we do anything to a lid. $412.00 for cleaning dog poop off driveway? Like what? They have wild horse and coyotes and other wild life out their. It is 3 acres in the country that had poop all over the place when we arrived. $212.00 for putting an oven door on. We never took it off. The repair man for the dishwasher took it off and never put it back on. The Hing on it jammed and we couldn’t put it back on. We told them what happened and they said that we took it off which isn’t true. Russ is the coldest most heartless person I have ever dealt with. It makes me so angry how he treated us. We took such great care of that house while living in it and it was just one thing after another. It was a very unfair situation. I have videos of how the house was when we moved in and it was pretty dirty. I also took videos after moving out showing that we cleaned everything. We called Russ to go over the charges and of course he was just as heartless as ever. The way he treats people will catch up to him. You can not run a business like this and expect it to prosper. Would leave zero stars if I could. Very upset about the money they took and our overall experience."
