"Managed by Nevada Commercial Services, the Hub is an outstanding property ! Moved in a few months ago with my cats. I have rented from NCS in the past, and this is such a well managed complex. Well kept up , and attractive, safe, and clean. Managers here are quite responsive, helpful, polite, and respectful. Numerous services onsite including a rec room, dog wash room, bike lock up, laundry, nicely equipped fitness center, and multipurpose room. The yard areas at the patios are spacious. Exceedingly quiet, no drugs or problems , security surveillance is 24-7. Additional services such as storage of various sizes is available at a low cost on site, internet, Valey Trash at your door with additional services on their app, and much more. Convenient to major freeways and local stores. If you're seeking a nice place at a reasonable cost that is well managed, check out The HUB. Note: I've rented my share of problem places and this has been a relief!"

The property managers have been very responsive to any questions and have been super kind. The secure access via key FOB is also worth mentioning as this was a big selling point for me."
