"Have lived here about 8 months and been cycled through several leading managers! Joe didn't seem to like me so nothing really got done with him and the lady before him wasn't the best. Sylvia on the other hand has been the most amazing and accommodating person yet! She heard my complaints and questions and she got them done immediately. I've actually never seen someone get anything done so fast! My partner and I really appreciate how amazing she is and how helpful she has been!"

"The maintenance crew are great. They are respectful, knowledgeable and prompt. The only issue I have is the upstairs tenant lets his dogs pee on his balcony which in turn drips down to mine. I had to remove all my outdoor things, throw some things away cuz it was covered in dog pee, and the worst is pee on my kids toys. I am completely disgusted by this and it’s been happening since I moved in in May."

"I lived here for two years. This is a genuine review of my experience living here. Pros: - It is quiet, sometimes. You share only one wall and a floor/ceiling with another tenant. Cons: - Poor insulation. Expect your energy bill to double or triple in the summer. The walls and windows are poorly insulated and your unit will reach 90°F by noon and won't get down past 80°F with the AC on full blast. The winter is not much better but at least the unit heats up as fast as it loses it. - Parking. The garage is your only option for parking in this complex as the outside parking is abysmally small. BUT only if your neighbors don't block your garage every other day. You have no towing options because the only public towing company is now banned from the complex. Your only hope is for the security guard to stop by once a week and maybe call their private towing company you can't find online. They're also sure to tow your own personal vehicle at least once from in front of your garage. The complex will not do anything about neighbors consistently blocking others garages despite months of back and forth communication. -Management. Management only sticks around for a couple of months before quitting and hiring new people. This means you will have to submit maintenance orders multiple times in the hope that it will maybe stick and get fixed. Their maintenance call center is outsourced to a different country, which is good for 24/7 calls when your roof is leaking at 1am and bad for actually getting anything fixed because there seems to be a disconnect between the call center and the actual maintenance technicians on-site. Some orders placed will simply not go through. One time they called me to ask me if I still lived there.... -Price vs Accomodations. This complex asks for luxury prices for a place that is not luxury. It has a pool. Which may or may not be open in the summer. (It wasn't when I moved out in June.) And a dirt lot with some exercise equipment. They pushed back my move-in date and the apartment still was not finished when I eventually moved in. Uncovered outlets, dirty windows, an unsecured balcony railing and paint on the counters and floors is what I got instead. Overall, I highly suggest looking at other options."

"Joseph Ryan the property manager has been absolutely amazing. We were in need of emergency houses and he got us in within a week. The maintenance guys are super friendly and usually show up the same day you put in a ticket. They even work on things for you that you haven’t put tickets in when you ask them."

"The current property manager, Joe has been nothing but the most helpful, caring person. He’s been on top of any of my concerns & needs while getting my space here at Willow Creek. Giving me the upmost care. He truly made my first time renting experience worth it!"
