"Look somewhere else. The management changed a couple of months ago and since then this place has been horrible. I am currently looking at a huge bubble on my ceiling where the roof has apparently been leaking all night. The manager will not answer her phone or door (she lives on the property) and the on call maintenance guy I talked to says he will not do anything until after 8. I tried getting in contact with the company that actually owns the property, but apparently they don't anymore, even though a search for El Chaparral brings me directly to their website. Also, the apartment complex to the west of us is full of extremely loud, inconsiderate people who scream at each other and leave their dogs barking on their patios all day/in the middle of the night. I have witnessed fights, people throwing things at each other from the second floor windows, and heard gunshots. Seriously, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER LIVING HERE!"
