"The people that rent there are very rude all night their doing fire works and or M80 they do not care about tje neighbor and there is always young Hispanics drinking in the parking lot their probably the ones doing the fire works. The garbage can is ALWAYS full overflowing mattresses it's filthy. I wish they would condem the place. This neighborhood would be 75% better."

"Nothing all too fancy here at all. Given the location it was just what I was expecting. Not sure what other room sizes and or apartment vrs.studio options they have but from the unit I visited... it was very.... tight, ( to say the least ). But .. I'm sure its adequate for the price and what you are getting in the long run. The property it self was clean and they seem to be very strict on smoking cigarettes there .... which surprised me. Considering you pay to live here and yet they still tell you you cant smoke in your home.... kinda a bit much."
"I live here. If you like nosey neighbors and birthday parties at 7 in the morning, because they figure my breakfast consist of oats n' frosting, then beam me up Scotty cause this is the place for you. Enjoy!"
