"Don’t rent here if you want to be rudely disrespected by the landlord Maria, she mistreats a lot of the tenants there. This place is cockroach infested plus if you look at the property management group Gaston & Wilkerson they have all 1 star reviews. They don’t care about you lol."
"Cozy little 1 bedroom apartments in Reno’s cozy little hood. Affordable fare rent. On site maintenance. It’s by the interstate but you can’t really hear or notice it. Shopping is close. What I like is the established trees all over the property."

"This was a quick visit, I was tagging along .. So what i noticed first was the large number of first & second floor apartments, over 100 units I'd estimate & the tenancy rate appears high. The second thing I noticed was there seemed to be adequate parking for this many apartments. Even though the location borders the 395 corridor traffic noise was minimal due to the high freeway fencing. Entering a second floor apartment the front room was spacious with a small but adequate kitchen in one corner. The bedroom seemed to be smaller yet felt large with high ceilings. My mind wonders if utilities would be higher with the high ceilings in these rooms. I didn't enter the restroom though access was clearly made from the bedroom. Bus stops are present on both sides of Wedekind, the main thoroughfare running east to west in front the complex. Both are open air."
