"Stay away! Please find anywhere else in Reno to rent. The units reek of cigarettes and mold. I know housing rates are up everywhere in town but these units are filthy for the price you pay. No work orders ever get done either. Ever since the new manager Kim took over the place has fallen apart. Take your money elsewhere!"
"Been here for 4 months. While rent is up, it’s up everywhere. It’s a very quiet area with lots of trees and a nice breeze, little pool, and nice neighbors. The issues I’ve had were dealt with within a couple hours and completely resolved. While Neil isn’t the nicest of places in Reno, I feel safe and cared for here."

"The apartment is a lil cookie cutter but the management is fantastic. The neighbors are friendly and helpful but not very noisy. It’s a lil haven in busy Reno. Centrally located, gym and even a Hot tub included."
