"Horrible management team here, as they lack compassion entirely. When I moved in, I chose to live on the third floor despite the lack of an onsite elevator because I was assured that the furniture I ordered online would be delivered to my door. However, yesterday I received an Amazon locker barcode, used it and opened an empty locker, and eventually found my oversized package right by the trash can in the mail room. Today, when I asked the people in the office for help to carry a very heavy package upstairs with me after I attempted to carry it myself and the box broke, they refused. They cited that it is my personal property and they cannot touch it. I just came from overseas and reloated here without any friends or family nearby to help, and standing at the office hearing them unwilling to help me really broke my heart. There is nothing wrong with the apartment itself, but these two incidents highlight the conflicted attitude of the management team towards the property and well-being of the residents here. I sincerely hope that some adjustments can be made regarding this matter."

"I had a wonderful experience living here. The management made my move in super easy and convenient. They have responded to all my maintenance request the same day. Bailey and team are super friendly and accommodating. I would recommend these apartments if your looking to live on this area."

"I lived here when they first opened. A little surprised there's no elevator for those of us living on the 3rd floor. If you pay rent online, there's a $45 service fee. So I had to order checks....management at the opening was wonderful. Then they switched everyone out. They "lost" my 1 month move out notice I gave them. It's convenient but highly overpriced for the neighborhood."

"Do not be fooled by the facade and the gate. For starters, the gate stays open until cars stop coming and the code has never been changed (so anyone who has ever had access to the property has access to the property indefinitely). Residents also frequently leave doors and pedestrian gates propped open with rocks (to include the one that is 5 feet away from a public bus stop). It has also been my experience after a month of living here that many residents are somehow completely oblivious to the community policies that they acknowledged they read in their signed lease agreements and management seems to be too incompetent, lazy and/or unwilling to enforce said policies (I was explicitly told that addressing these issues [read: doing their JOB] is very tedious). I have to listen to gunfire and explosions from wannabe war heroes as late as 1am every day and that's supposed to be okay (even though I'm living in Sparks, Nevada, as opposed to Baghdad, Kiev or Gaza). My first day here, the washing machine door wouldn't lock and the machine wouldn't drain (maintenance let me know that it happens all the time; apparently, the trick is to push the lid down as hard as one can until it finally locks). The first time I turned on the heater, it blew cold air for over half an hour. Then, when I made a maintenance request for the exhaust fan in my bathroom that wouldn't turn off, it was completely disabled and doesn't turn on. Re: the surrounding area, there's little and less. The businesses in the homeless camp/shopping center across the street are primarily composed of Goodwill and national chain fast food. There's a Dotty's (can't really call it a casino, but there IS gambling there for those interested) and the Sparks Coffee Shop (worth every penny, but only open 8am-2pm; not worth living here, but worth a visit). Else, one is walking 0.5 miles to the next best thing(s). The only thing particularly nice about the area is that it's significantly quieter than downtown Reno (and that, of course, is frequently ruined by the inconsiderate residents of this cesspit). Edit: They DID offer to allow me to vacate, ever-so-graciously offering to let me only pay move-out costs, but offered no alternative after being informed that I have moved twice in the past six months, just lost my car, am also tied to a furniture lease and have nobody in over 100 miles to help me move. So, it's not like they do NOTHING; whatever they do is merely ineffectual."

"Living here is GREAT! Modern/renovated apartments without being over priced. I live in a 2bd 2bath with my family of 3 and it is more than enough room. We chose a unit farthest away from the Oddie construction but a friend of mine, over on that side of the complex, says she hears almost nothing. These walls are amazing, I never hear my neighbors even though I've noticed dogs on both sides of me! Maintence is also great, they get things fixed quick and worked around my schedule. Only major complaint is the hallway, they recently replaced our carpet halls with wood laminate. As nice as this looks, it is quite echoy. I can hear when kids run up and down or any door open/closes when I'm in my living room but thats also just part of choosing to live in an apartment! PROS Always hot water Great and responsive staff Parking not too far from building Renovations always done when scheduled Pet friendly environment but rarely any poo along sidewalks Common areas kept clean 24 hr gym with nice bathrooms and dog washing station Great security within complex - gates and key fob protected CONS Prices for units do change everyday (unless in a lease of course so wait until the perfect moment) No elevators, narrow stairs for moving in/out It can be loud if you live under someone like my friend does The Oddie/El Rancho area isn't great for walking around to other businesses (unless it's Sparks Cafe ;) Very hard to get packages delivered, I often have things misplaces from major carriers Only 1 assigned spot per unit, unable to purchase extra, guest parking is very full but you get lucky sometimes"
