"Something needs to be done with building 5. There is always a rotten foul smell on hall way the Laundry Matt is on. It was so bad the other day like something has died on that hallway. I hate walking down the hallway or to the laundry room. Where is the smell coming from!?! Other than that I love it here. It’s always nice and quiet no matter the time of day or night."

"Austin and Staff do a great job when it comes to Maintenance requests. They are prompt and reliable to get the issues repaired to the Tenant's satisfaction. I am happy with my move here!!"

"It's so peaceful and quiet. I love it. I'm used to it being a little noisy but not here. I sleep during the day sometimes cus I work late night. I also work days a couple days a week so my schedule is a little crazy. But I don't have any disturbing things here.."

"The new management has been working hard to improve a lot of the issues that got left behind by the last company. The grounds are much cleaner, the brand new washers and dryers are a massive improvement, and the new maintenance staff is much more responsive than in years past. Glad to see that someone seems to care about the tenants. This has been the best of the five years we’ve lived there."

"The apartments are older, which means they’ve got some older problems: the central air is on a broiler/cooler system which means you don’t control the temperature (more like throwing darts), the elevator takes longer than taking the stairs, and the popcorn ceiling is a little unsettling. However, controlled cost of utilities is really nice, hot water and pressure are always good, appliances aren’t fancy, but updated and work well. They only bring a cleaning crew in once a week, so the laundry room gets a little crusty by weeks end, and the washer/dryers go in and out (which is more the people using them than the machines themselves). The wood floors are nice, carpet in the bedrooms, plenty of space in the bedrooms and standard closets. The galley kitchen is small, but workable. Parking is a bit sparse, and the apartment complex can never figure out if they’re tenant tow or not, so good luck. Visitor parking is typically filled with residents second vehicles. Also, roaches come and go at their leisure, but that being said, it’s all based on the building. Building 1 (which I lived in the first time I lived here) is much better kept up than the others, and I never had roach issues in the other building (I am currently in building 2). The grounds are mature and typically very green in the summer, and the fixed rate on utilities is really nice in the summer if you like to sleep cold. The pools are hit and miss as they only had one open last summer. The gym is a little basic, nothing crazy nice or extensive, but workable if you’re trying to save money on a membership. Overall, a decent place to live. The area is nice, usually pretty quiet, and close to food and shopping. Well priced for what you get if you can overlook some of the inconveniences."
