The Lakes at Lemmon Valley

"Absolutely love this place we moved in a couple weeks ago and the office people were so helpful throughout the whole process of moving into our apartment. I love the little trail they have and also love all of their amenities that they have as well."

"If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. - I have been subjected to such extreme noise from my upstairs neighbors since moving here and no amount of complaints, calling the police, or anything matters as it continues to the most extreme to this very day. My significant other and I are losing sleep and our sanity. The buildings are constructed so poorly. I have hours of video proof of my neighbors walking back and forth, slamming drawers and doors, having yelling matches, and much more. - The amenity hours are trash and if you work a full time job; you will never get to go to the gym, pool, sauna, or anything EVER - The grounds are unkempt and covered in weeds for a majority of the summer until they die off or the residents themselves start removing them. - The parking lot sucks as no spots have clear numbers in most places and visitor parking is scarce if not impossible to find. People SPEED so fast through it and all corners are blind. All I can say.... is don't let the "privately owned", "only 8 apartments to a building", "spacious " and other nice things they say about this place fool you. The lake is a swamp pit, the apartments are built like garbage, and nobody here cares about anyone or anything. I've lived in apartments my whole life, and I have NEVER experienced this level of absolute horror in my own living space. BEWARE!"

"I’ve been living here for almost a year, and I can proudly say that I am definitely staying here long term! A lot of people think that it’s a little pricey, and that’s understandable, but you have to think about the amenities that are included on site! And the fact that it’s so close to everything in the north valleys. Walmart is literally right up the street! My husband and I love it here."

"Over priced. Supposedly a gated community bit they are about as secure as an unlocked safe. Parking spaces for tenants are very thin. Great for a Mini Cooper, but totally to tiny for a full size pickup truck. If you don't work in the north valleys, then look elsewhere. The complex is quiet. I will give them that"

"I absolutely LOVE living here @ The Lake at Lemmon Valley!! I could go on for days about why you should live here. First and foremost, the apartments they offer are absolutely beautiful and spacious, and literally right down the road from grocery stores and food places!! I have lived in a Studio (Mini) and the One bed and loved both spaces. All the apartments have their own porch, so it's nice to sit out in the mornings or in the evenings to watch the amazing sunsets (pictured from a downstairs unit). & you'll always have a mountain in your view!!! The Management and workers here are all very friendly and are very helpful with any questions or issues that you may have, responding in a quick and timely manner. They send out emails to all tenants to keep you informed on what's going on, such as events and updates on the construction that is going on. You don't really hear a lot of what is going on from the construction from inside the unit, which is nice with this being an active construction zone as they are building more apartments and installing carports! They are pet friendly so you'll see (and possibly hear) some dogs barking here and there. They also have great amenities that are included when you live here, such as a pool, hot tub, grooming for your pets, and even a gym!!! What is also great is that they car ports where you can park your car under to get it out of this Nevada heat. The Lakes at Lemmon Valley is the best place to live in Reno with it being right down the road from alot of well known stores and restaurants!! You won't get better customer service anywhere else. So I highly HIHGLY recommend living here at the Lakes at Lemmon Valley!"
